Who is this guy?

Hi. I’m Shane. I run Retina Media, where I help teams turn AI-native visibility into real go-to-market advantage. That means sharper positioning, cleaner attribution, and content that actually moves pipeline.

I started my career in storytelling in the film and advertising industries, then spent the better part of the last decade in B2B tech building content and growth programs that work alongside sales, RevOps, and finance. Having this varied background means I care about brand narratives, but I care just as much about the bottom-line impact.

I'm deeply involved in generative engine optimization (GEO): getting brands cited and recommended in AI interfaces like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. Additionally, I help connect brands' AI visibility to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
